Our 1966 Mustang Convertible has the 200 cubic inch, straight 6 cylinder engine (3.2 llitre) producing 120 bhp, the engine has a subtle growl and the car is best suited for cruising on the open road with the roof down.
The Mustang is in excellent condition for a 55 year old lady and a full report is available to clients along with 50 technical photographs. The interior has recently been reconditioned with burgundy leather and deep red carpets. Currently in its sixth generation, the Mustang was developed as a very stylish line of sporty coupes and convertibles, initially distinguished by its long hood and short deck proportions.
Originally predicted to sell 100,000 vehicles yearly, the 1965 Mustang became the most successful vehicle launch with over 400,000 units in its first year; the one-millionth Mustang was sold within two years of its launch and now over 10 million have been sold.
